Product Head - IIT/IIM

1. B.Tech /Master's (preferred) in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field from Tier 1 institutes (IIT/ IIM).

2. 10+ years of experience in Product Development & Management with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

3. Must have handled the position of AVP/VP/Director Product Role in past assignments.

4. Min 8 years' experience in leading Product function in an MNC or a renowned start-up.

5. Proven track record of successfully managing end-to-end product development, from ideation to launch, preferably in a technology or software-driven industry.

6. Must be able to multitask effectively, handle demanding schedules and effectively deal with co-workers.

7. Should have an entrepreneurial mind-set who enjoys taking end-to-end ownership of the product and work across stakeholders to achieve the desired objectives for the product

8. Strong leadership skills and experience managing large teams.

9. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

10. Should have good product sense & design understanding

12. Where one enjoys working in a start-up environment, and takes initiatives to build his/her own team and business vertical.
