Product Head Reporting directly to CEO/Board of Directors - Responsible for overall product strategy and execution - Oversee in-house team of product managers, solution architects, technical program managers, developers, etc. - Translate customer experience into product features/upgrades - Generate new ideas to improve customer experience and drive growth - Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, content teams, etc. to shape product strategy and roadmap - Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes - Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact - Develop and manage partnerships with vendors/freelancers, as required - Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resourcing - Drive product launches in close collaboration with marketing and sales teams - Solicit and analyze customer feedback on product experience to drive product refinements
