Job role :

- Product development and channel engagement are two of the most important aspects of the product development process.

- GBG product offers are developed, improved, and managed.

- Develop product innovation strategies in comparison to the competition.

- Liaising and coordinating with the bank's various departments and regulators

- Defining the brand's and alliance's strategy

- To increase product penetration, develop and test additional functionalities.

- Tenders/e-tenders administration

- Responsible for a product line's profit and loss statement, as well as a thorough understanding of the portfolio.

- Develop, implement, and monitor a reward and recognition programme.

- Handling banking and non-banking solutions for government consumers via customised/tailored products. This necessitates end-to-end execution, from customer requirements through solution delivery, all while maintaining the Bank's profitability and focusing on digital efforts.

- Managing the relationship between Embassies/Diplomatic Missions and a committed team
