Design and execute timely product schemes to match with competition
- Always strive to execute and drive competitive product offerings through proper and timely competitor analysis
- Responsible to drive pricing parameter set at the business level through proper design of the scheme chart to manage yield targets
- Work closely with CDO and IT team to drive timely Digital campaigns through Digital initiatives and website visibility - joint responsibility with Marketing Head
- Prepare budget in coordination with Finance and Business Head basing the requirement
- Review actual against budget in all aspects, productivity, profitability, top-line and bottom line and minute analysis of P&L
- Always analyse the scheme wise performance, quality aspects etc.,
- Drive quality aspects like Audit query clearance, risk account clearance through business channels.
- Work closely with Operations and Audit to create proper sync between quality and business requirements as well smooth functioning of the business activities and branch performance
- Coordinate with Business and Marketing team to ensure productivity levels in low productive and concerned area branches
- Ensure training of all the staffs in terms of product, scheme as well as process through coordination with Training dept of HR, Business, ORM and Operations
- Design and execute Variable payout (incentives) structures for applicable staffs and channels
- Follow through meticulously with the product launches, drive clear deadlines and faster closures
- Strive to introduce and implement value added products (TP) through GL branches
- X sell initiatives in coordination with concerned business verticals and other product heads to ensure multiple asset product visibility through branches
- Provide enablers to the sales team for upselling of various products including but not limited to conceiving and driving business contests etc.
