Description

1. Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for Futures and Options, aligning with the overall business objectives and market trends.

2. Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams including technology, risk management, compliance, and marketing.

3. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities, assess competition, and stay informed about regulatory changes impacting derivatives products.

4. Risk Management: Work closely with risk management teams to ensure robust risk controls are in place for Futures and Options products, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

5. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to enhance existing products and develop new offerings.

6. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders including sales, marketing, and operations to drive successful product launches and ensure seamless client onboarding.

7. Regulatory Compliance: Stay current with regulatory changes affecting Futures and Options products, ensuring compliance and proactively adapting to evolving regulatory environments.

8. Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and profitability of the Futures and Options product portfolio.

Profile

1. 10+ years of experience in product management within financial services, with a focus on Futures and Options.

2. In-depth knowledge of derivatives markets, trading platforms, and regulatory frameworks.

3. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing financial products.

4. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
