Product Head - Education

Position Title: Product Head

Units:

- School, JEE, NEET & Other competitive exam Online Coaching (Gulf - Overseas Market)

- After School Tutoring in small group (For School Going students)

- Govt & Other Competitive Exams

- Coding & STEM based education for Kids (Grade 3rd to 12th)

Key Objectives

- To established profitable unit of Career Point limited in above chosen field.

- complete ownership of the assigned business unit, including building strong product, delivery team and will be responsible for end to end P & L.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, lead & execute product & define product roadmap.

- Identify, validate and prioritize customer and business needs to capture revenue opportunities

- Building new innovative solutions to delight consumers.

- Preparing product plan, review contents and plan delivery methodology

- Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of which would include the product, associated processes.

- Hiring & Training of the team

- Team management and retention

- Student servicing and operations

- Lead/work with the technology team to define the product & oversee the product development.

- Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.

- Obsessively map the user journey and find creative ways to improve it; making it more delightful and responsive to the user's needs.

- Defining product marketing communication objectives

Qualifications, Experiences & Competencies

- Candidate must have Eduprenuer mind set and should be EdTech enthusiast

- 8-10 years experience out of which 5 years of Product Management experience in similar industry.

- Experience with leading the entire product lifecycle

- Experience in edutech or learning companies is an added advantage.

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Ability to motivate teams to produce quality output within tight timeframes and simultaneously manages several projects.

- Ability to think creatively & drive execution

- Solution oriented and be able to withstand pressure

- Understanding the customer

- Competitive analysis

- Requirements analysis

- Financial planning and strategies

- Coordination & team work

Location:

- Kota/Rajasthan/Jaipur/Udaipur. However we can consider work from remote location for exceptionally good candidate.
