Job Role : Product Head - Marketplace  We are looking for outstanding candidates to join the consumer-facing Product Team that aims to revolutionize customer experience in the digital fashion environment by creating innovative, customer-first, viable experiences.   You can be a part of developing and launching new services for this venture across channels web, tablet, mobile, and future channels.   Job Accountabilities (duties and responsibilities) :   Job Description :  - Identify and evaluate product opportunities  - Lead User Research  - Write business cases  - Define product features and requirements  - Test for usability, valuability, feasibility  - Work closely with technology teams through development cycles  - Work cross-functionally to ensure technology, business and user needs are aligned  - Work cross functionally to drive Product Launches and Release  - Generate, share and action data-driven Insights to drive conversions and engagement  - Contribute to a culture of user-centered innovation, knowledge enhancement  - Train and manage high performance teams  Key Result Areas :   - User Engagement (Dwell Time + Utility)   - Conversion Funnel  - Customer Satisfaction/ Ratings  - Product ROI  Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills) :   - Top-tier MBA with tech. education/ experience/ interest  - Superior analytical and problem-solving capabilities; Big Data experience preferred  - Good technical knowledge  - Working knowledge of Hybris commerce platform features / modules including PCM, Order Management, Payments, WCMS, Vouchers, InStore, Customer Service, flexible search, workflow & collaboration, personalization etc.  - Direct exposure to consumer retail with a working understanding of retail economics  - First-hand agile development experience   - Contextual Inquiry, Persona segmentation, Story boarding, User Story development, Prototyping at varying fidelity, Backlog management, Sprint cycle management, IA design, Usability Testing, etc.  - Strong communication and interpersonal skills  Key Attributes (Experience, Qualifications and Qualities) :   - Top-tier MBA with tech. education/ experience/ interest  - 4 - 6 years strategic/product experience at a consumer facing product company  - Passionate about digital consumer innovations  - Abreast of new technologies, services and innovations, around the world  - Strong ownership mindset  - Deep customer empathy
