We are hiring for a dynamic leadership role as the Head of Product for two exciting startups in the early and growth phases. These startups are revolutionizing the Supply Chain and B2B E-commerce landscape, bringing innovative solutions to the market.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the product strategy and vision for both startups, driving innovation and growth.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps and ensure successful product launches.

- Utilize your extensive experience in building and scaling Supply Chain/B2B E-commerce products to enhance our offerings.

- Provide strategic direction to the product teams, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

- 12+ years of total experience in Product Management.

- Proven track record in building and scaling Supply Chain/B2B E-commerce products.

- Experience in leading and mentoring product teams.

- Strategic mindset with the ability to align product initiatives with overall business objectives.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
