Desired Candidate Profile

Education-

UG: B.Tech/B.E/MCA/Msc (IT). - Any Specialization

PG:MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization

Doctorate:Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required

8+ years Plus experience in managing eCommerce platforms at Sr. level out of which at least 3 to 4 Years plus years of Exp from a Good eCommerce Company with P &L overseeing entire Gamut Business comprising technology, Content, Product Marketing, Sales, Commercials, financial principles and eCommerce market Development all these are a must. MUST HAVE MIN 3 YEARS EXP IN eCOMMERCE Industry .

Must be ready to Relocate to Chennai

Responsibilities

eCommerce Product Manager

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Driving the Business P&L through various initiatives to grow and sustain in the Industry. You will be Responsible for over 190 branches and about 900 associates across India.

- Retail Store conceptualization, layout, design and execution. Identification of locations, sites and forecasts based on market data and research. Conceptualized multiple store formats for profitability.

- Develop and execute Omni-channel strategies to maximize business impact while optimizing costs.

- Marketing campaigns to match business objectives and create Omni-channel experience.

- Campaign Analytics Strategies & implementation for maximizing revenues and customer experience.

- Business transformation through Purpose based orientation, to achieve EBITDA positive benchmark.

- Innovative business model for growth - Created unique business model for the expansion of business.

- Maintain knowledge on all products and services of website and recommend new products to website and recommend enhancements if required and coordinate with various cross functional team to analyze product requirement.

- Develop all customer wire frames and user cases and ensure optimal level of customer services and analyze all customer requirements and monitor all requests and manage all defects in products for all monthly releases.

- Prepare strategies to increase existing and new businesses and identify appropriate vendor for all projects and manage communication for all eCommerce status projects.

- Administer and approve all final new product delivery and recommend improvements to all products and prepare all business requirements documents and ensure compliance to all product schedule and coordinate with departments to provide an effective interface.

- Collaborate with information technology and business units to deliver all releases and prepare work schedule for all projects and provide support to all strategies to achieve all marketing strategies.

- Assist business leads to review all financials of projects and analyze all key business metrics, perform market research and usability tests on all eCommerce activities and manage all communication plans for projects and provide status reports to management.

- Organize various product workshops and design effective strategies and coordinate with various groups to assist in product development process and analyze all business requirements.

- Document all business plans and design strategies and facilitate approval for all senior management and manage work of all product managers.

- Design all interaction diagrams and provide materials for all user tests and develop all solutions to all issues.

- Collaborate with Quality Assurance team and design all training materials and analyze effectiveness of all new features on products
