Job Title: Product Head
Based in: Mumbai (Lower Parel)
Role:
- Monitor, analyse and work on the company's product portfolio.
- Developing product for the organization along with cross functional teams.
- Identify market requirements, create preliminary design concepts and drive the implementation of the overall product roadmap.
- Understanding requirements, helping to define a product vision and strategy, and working with engineers to execute it.
- Assume ownership of products of the portal including defining scope and developing requirements for new and advanced products as well as upgrades and progressive releases for existing products.
- Help in creating product pipeline and road map with UI for engineering to develop.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in user testing during the product development and launch phase
- Actively interacting with customers to be updated regarding the feedback of the product.
- Working in sync with the Tech team to develop the product and to work on the ERP Module.
- Enhance the organization's product bouquet by adding a product with significant partnerships.
- Building a Product team to efficient manage the deliveries for the entire department.
- Adding up more products to achieve the organizational growth.
- Working efficiently on budget saving and reducing the cost.

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact and engage with CXOs, CEOs, Partners & Investors
- Full understanding of agile methodology

Experience (Industry type & Duration):
Essential: min 10+ years experience in Product Head role working with Edtech/E-learning companies.
Preferred: EdTech (K12), B2B
Qualification:
Essential: A suitable candidate with master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent in working experience.
Preferred: MBA
