Head of Product - Fintech (Digital Lending) Role Overview: Seeking passionate and experienced Head of Product to lead product strategy and development efforts. Pre Sales Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or relevant field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus. - 15+ years of experience with 8+ years of extensive experience in a product leadership role with a deep product management background. - Proven success in building and leading high-performing product teams and delivering innovative, successful products. - Strong understanding of product development methodologies and best practices. - Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills. - Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. - Results-driven mindset and a track record of driving revenue growth and achieving P&L targets. - Strong business acumen and a passion for staying updated on industry trends. - Experience with building digital lending products and/or experience shipping B2B2C products is a strong plus
