Job description:

Design, develop, plan and manage Debt Service strategy for Commercial Business.

Person will be responsible for Debt Service Management of Commercial Business for Pan India

Must have thorough knowledge of commercial vehicle and construction equipment Industry / market .

Should have a strong capability in managing relationship business,ability to engage with promoters of small and medium enterprise.

Should have the capability of managing large team (over 90-100 on-role employees), assertive and high on decisiveness.

Must have fair idea of tracking KPI /P&L / Vintage curves and understanding of forecasting and risk models.

Must have basic legal knowledge.

Should have the capability to identifying incipient portfolio risk.

Ability to work with multiple stake holders .

Should have strong analytical knowledge.
