Product Head - Credit Cards - Digital Platform

Designation : Product Head - Credit Card

Role :

- You would be responsible from conceptualizing the customer experience, implementing it and own the entire P&L of the product.

Responsibilities :

- Conceptualize the product proposition, own the user experience from onboarding to engagement and servicing

- Work closely with leading Banks / NBFCs / Card Networks/ Technology service providers to co-create best in class experience

- Device the ideal go-to market and business scale-up plan. Systematically track the plan and ensure necessary business results are delivered

- Work closely with other product teams in order to implement an integrated offering which includes offers and loyalty

- Work closely with internal technology teams in order to launch and enhance the offering of the platform

- Active portfolio management for the credit card business, candidate should be able to devise personalized offering across various cohorts of customer through deep data analysis

- The candidate should stay abreast with the latest guidelines and industry trends in financial services and strategize the platform offering basis industry research

- Looking for candidates with minimum 7 years experience in Credit Card product role.
