1. Responsible for conceptualizing the customer experience, implementing it, and own the entire P&L of the product. 2. Conceptualize the product proposition, own the user experience from onboarding to engagement and servicing 3. Work closely with leading Banks / NBFCs / Card Networks/Technology service providers to co-create the best-in-class experience 4. Devise the ideal go-to-market and business scale-up plan. Systematically track the plan and ensure necessary business results are delivered 5. Work closely with other product teams in order to implement an integrated offering which includes offers and loyalty. 6. Minimum 7-9 years of product management experience in Credit Card 7. Comfortable working with Data (Collection, Extraction and Analysis) 8. Experience in interactive prototyping and worked in an agile product development
