Product Head - Corporate Finance - NBFC

- Responsible for strengthening the LAP, SME and MME product capability in the organisation;

- Drive the Product program creation and closure through the relevant stake holders

- Responsible for stewarding the Process and Platform Capability initiatives on behalf of business to support the product program related developments.

- Identifying and catering to product niche opportunities through building separate product program experiments for all three LOB.

- Engaging with stakeholders for closing portfolio actions

- Building Tracking & MIS capability for effective performance management & monitoring

- Manage Channel Partners Empanelment Policy framework and process along with Credit

- Develop and drive Contests for the Sales Team and Manage Incentive computation process

- Any other initiatives that the company may want to drive for the product from time to time.

Experience Required :-

Candidate having experience in Sales and Relationship and product side with the background of LAP,SME, Mid corporate lending will be preferred.

Candidate must carry the have exposure in the working capital side
