Head Products - Digital Consumer Company
- The ideal candidate should have worked in a fast-paced environment heading Product/s with experience of scaling the same and owning the P&L responsibility.
- Conceptualize and launch new innovative products that are scalable and can contribute substantially to the revenues of the organization.
- Market intelligence/analysis of the product and from those insights, which might influence the business's product strategy and ensures that the business makes informed and beneficial decisions.
- Leading product team from the front, guiding them and helping them to remove bottlenecks.
- Ability to work coherently across various functions within the organization - collaborating with other stakeholders - strategy, technology, engineering, sales, marketing, design, etc to deliver the business product in the market.
Qualification :
- BE/B.Tech from Tier 1 institutes along with MBA from a premier school.
- 12-15 years of experience with the last few years in Consumer Internet Space - managing large scale.
- Should have lead large teams / Strong interpersonal skills
- Should be able to work in a Matrix structure
- High Analytical bent of mind / Tech Savvy
- Excellent communication and presentation skills along with excellent stakeholder management skills
