Understand customer needs, conduct customer research, leverage data and prioritize product requirements 3. Identify market opportunities and define product strategy 4. Define product roadmap based on leadership's strategy and vision 5. Engage closely with the engineering, design, marketing and business to guide products from inception to launch 6. Handle complex ideas and break them down into concise and effective PRDs to drive product development 7. Track all business and user behavior metrics actively. Keep all stakeholders updated about latest developments in Better product and/or competitor products in the market. 8. Setup scalable processes and use efficient tools to achieve all product and business goals - 6-12 years of experience in a consumer internet product-based company - Previous experience in a fintech start-up is a plus - Hands on experience with getting insights from analytics tool are required.
