- We are hiring for Head of products for one of one of the fastest growing Big-Data platforms (the Alpha Platform) in the region.

- The Proprietary Engine of the Alpha Platform is powered by machine learning, deep learning and artificial intelligence, designed by some of the leading scientists across the globe.

- The company creates value for its clients by leveraging various enrichment sets, to bring them improved, intelligent and sustainable results. We use automation to bring up speed & create ease of management.

- The venture is backed by serial entrepreneurs, senior bankers, product heads, data scientists, ad-tech & digital experts of leading companies, some of whom are noted alumni of Harvard Business School, IIM-A, IIT, leaders of Fortune 50 companies and others.

- Over last few month's the company has partnered with the leading 21 Banks of Asia. It now has operations across 10 countries.

Responsibilities :

- Lead, manage and mentor a team of product managers, developers, and related personnel.

- Product planning and assignment of tasks and deliverables.

- Product life cycle management from concept to launch of the product(s) across all products/product lines.

- Lead, define, represent and communicate product strategy to all stakeholders.

- Assess product development sprints and enhancement opportunities.

- Develop budgets, forecasts, and metrics.

- Monitor product development sprints and evaluate results.

- Own the product road map and communicate with C-level staff, board members, and other stakeholders.

- Lead Product Marketing Managers to assess product mix and marketing strategy.

- Monitor and manage strategic marketing plans for each product or product lines.

- Define pricing and competitive positioning for each product.

- Drive innovative ideas, solutions and products through leadership and decisive action.

- Build incredible teams and processes to deliver products that satisfy the needs of customers.

- Become the key evangelist of {product} and participate in press activities, conferences, discussions with thought leaders and market analysts.
