Head of Product - (Data Privacy &amp; security) Location : Bangalore, India Experience : 10+Yrs Domain : B2C (eCommerce, payments, fintech) Responsibilities : - Own and managing the entire product (Apps and web interfaces) life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities, concept to launch to Scale - Work with leaders to align product roadmap with overall vision for the business - Work with Engineering &amp; Regulatory teams to ensure privacy by design. - Craft finest product for company keeping security and privacy in mind - Responsible for product marketing and customization (co-branding) for relevant channels - Work with Marketing to drive aggressive user acquisition, preference, and usage - Work with Engineering teams to ensure a rapid, data-driven, iterative approach to product development - Ensure that product is future-ready (new industry segments) - Result areas are Customer ratings &amp; Net Promoter Score - User acquisition, CPA, depth / width of usage and other relevant engagement metrics - Performance metrics - e.g. response times, success rates, etc. - Share of traffic - what % of successful data fetches through the Apps Requirements : - Solid 10 to 12 years of experience in crafting Products in B2C domain - Must have solid experience in building products in eCommerce, payments, fintech area - Bachelor's degree in (CS/IT) with MBA from good institutes - Demonstrated ability to conceptualizing, launching, scaling B2C products. - Experience in building SaaS product or Data Security, Data Protection domain is desirable - Entrepreneur mind-set with P&amp;L Ownership, GTM Strategy - Proven track record of product building and working closely with engineering and Advanced UX, design teams - Strong external facing skills: Influencing and negotiating with industry bodies, thought leaders, regulators, etc. - Strong customer and field facing experience to embody the voice of the customer while working with engineering teams
