Position Title : Product Head Two & Four wheeler  Role Summary  - Product management & run program with Manufacturer   - Responsible for acquiring new clients .  Key responsibilities includes  - Working closely with channel partner and aggregators developing new innovative products  - Identify target potential based on company policy/program parameters (thru networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods)   - Manage pipeline and submit pipeline tracking sheet or update CRM as per business need.  - Deliver presentations to prospects.  - Understanding customer need and propose right solution in line with available Product lines.  - Deal closure & onboarding of client  - Ensure draw-down of line as per planned/approved credit limits  - Ensure Client/channel partner retention through smooth servicing, TAT adherence & delivering committed terms.  - Delinquency and collateral management  - Gather market information on competition to articulate strategic or financial rationale for effective sales strategy planning.  Educational Qualifications:  - Graduate in any stream  - PG/MBA in sales, marketing or finance: preferred  General Qualifications:  - Basic knowledge of financial service products  - Excellent communication skills  - Decision making & problem solving skills   Experience:  - Exposure in Product & Program is important  Skills:  - Business development, financial product sales, corporate sales, sales/channel management, customer service and product management  - Basic computer skills - knowledge of operating systems   - Ability to work effectively within a team  Attributes/Behaviors:  - Proactive, self-driven & motivated  - Determined attitude  - Job role Flexibility & Commitment is essential
