Job Title: Product Manager Department / Group: Product Management and Planning

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and communicate a clear product strategy and vision.

- Define the product's long-term goals and objectives.

- Identify market opportunities and customer needs.

- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.

- Analyze competitors and market trends.

- Gather data to make informed product decisions.

- Create and maintain a product roadmap outlining the product's development and release timeline.

- Define feature prioritization and trade-offs.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on priorities.

- Specify product features and requirements.

- Create user stories and detailed product specifications.

- Ensure that features meet customer needs and align with the product vision.

- Collaborate with engineering and development teams to build and release the product.

- Provide guidance and answer questions during the development process.

- Manage product development cycles

- Plan and execute product launches.

- Develop marketing and communication strategies.

- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure a successful launch.

- Collaborate with UX and design teams to create a user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing product.

- Ensure that the product meets usability and design standards.

- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the product's success.

- Use data and feedback to make data-driven decisions and improvements.

- Collect and analyze customer feedback.

- Address customer issues and prioritize enhancements accordingly.

- Provide customer support and training materials as needed.

- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to end-of-life.

- Allocate resources effectively to meet product goals.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure product success.

- Communicate progress, status, and changes to stakeholders and senior management.

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

- Identify potential risks and challenges and develop plans to mitigate them.

- Be prepared to adapt to changing circumstances and make adjustments as needed.

- Preferable Experience 15 + yrs

- Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA advanced degree is a plus.

- Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Technical background or understanding is preferred.

- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

Master's degree in Marketing Research, Statistics, Math, or related field required; MBA preferred.
