Product Head - AIF / PMS (A Leading AMC)

- Conduct comparison and create dashboards for Equity AIF on a monthly basis.

- Prepare monthly factsheets for Equity AIF.

- Generate monthly reports on Equity AIF portfolio and performance.

- Compile and analyze distributor monthly data for Equity AIF and Equity PMS.

- Develop comparison dashboards for Equity PMS on a monthly basis.

- Produce monthly factsheets for Equity PMS.

- Prepare monthly reports on Equity PMS portfolio and performance.

- Create Fund Manager Outlook videos on a monthly basis for AIF.

- Update AIF website monthly.

- Update PMS website monthly and quarterly.

- Prepare AIF quarterlies on a quarterly basis.

- Analyze and report PMS risk factors quarterly.

- Provide quarterly updates on RE PMS.

- Review investment updates quarterly for AIF and PMS.

- Manage MLD (Market Linked Debentures) updates.

Product Launch & Fund Raising Activities:

- Create board notes for product launches.

- Prepare Fund Documents such as PPM (Private Placement Memorandum) and CA (Confidential Agreement).

- Develop sales presentations and sales notes.

- Prepare fund presentations and commentary tailored for distributors.

- Conduct due diligence for new products with distributors/partners.

- Draft welcome letters and emailers for distributors/investors.

- Communicate drawdown procedures to investors.

- Prepare addendums to PPM/CA and side letters as necessary.

- Conduct interim due diligence for existing funds.

- Provide stock rationales for investment decisions.

Servicing of Existing Funds:

- Prepare extension letters for board and investor communications.

- Address client/distributor queries.

- Analyze returns closure-wise and calculate XIRR (Extended Internal Rate of Return) for specific periods.

- Review and respond to all escalation complaints.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements from a product perspective.

- Conduct annual reviews of MNCs (Multinational Corporations) and large wealth outfits.

- Distribute PMS performance emailers and performance videos.

- Update disclosure documents from a product perspective.

- Update complaints on the PMS website.

- Prepare PMS product presentations.
