Product Head - Agri & Rural Finance

Job Responsibilities :

- Conduct Regular MSR on different industry developments.

- Identify market requirements, create preliminary design concepts and drive the implementation of the overall product roadmap.

- Responsible for preparing the product strategy along with the Business.

- Drive the product development life cycle in tight partnership with the risk and sales team.

- Drive competitive price offering to optimize product profitability.

- Maintain the product standalone profitability.

- Responsible for designing and implementing the product strategy across regions.

- Drive Portfolio as desired by the management.

- Responsible for creating the budget for new products with Business.

- Support the CEO & COO by leading projects on products to drive the top line.

- Preparing collaterals for the promotion of the products and devising a strategy on the visibility of Sales.

- Maintaining and managing the web content.

- Responsible for Periodic Training Team on Products.

- Responsible for designing channel partner contests on products.

- Create KPI's for performance and measurement purposes.

- Responsible for retaining team.

- Ensure implement of processes and policy for creating products as defined by risk and regulators.

- Responsible for doing periodical reviews within a department.

- Create a customer centric culture.

- Resolution of Customer Queries as per TAT
