Company: Our client is a series B funded, a consumer fintech startup, offering new-age banking solutions to the users. About the role: We are looking for a passionate Growth Product Manager to help shape the vision & roadmap for our product and be intimately involved in growth initiatives. As the Growth Product Manager, you'll be responsible for the strategic vision, and execution of the roadmap for increasing growth and improving engagement metrics. The ideal candidate would have 2+ years of experience in Product Management and would have experience planning/executing business/growth initiatives in the past. Having some entrepreneurship experience will be a plus. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify key drivers of growth to increase activation, retention and drive execution through iterative testing and learning 2. Launch experiments to drive the growth of our customer base 3. Measure and assess the impact of experiments, their business impact and share them with executive leadership 4. Articulate and validate your roadmap both internally with leaders and externally with customers and partners 5. Work with teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists to execute your vision 6. Leverage business metrics as well as meetings with customers, internal stakeholders, partners, and industry leaders to develop a perspective on how your product is being used and where to take the product next 7. Partner with product teams throughout the organization to leverage and influence existing internal growth and engagement technologies Skills: 1. Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments; excited about finding solutions to complex problems and then executing on them. 2. Proven ability to analyze and synthesize data, including basic knowledge of SQL 3. Experience managing the growth of an application 4. Understand the art and science of growth and when to lean on numbers and experimentation over qualitative data and instinct 5. Understanding the importance of running lots of experiments and learning from them to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty 6. Ability to manage stakeholders well 7. Ability to sell ideas well through presentations Experience: 1. Strong preference for someone who has experience in managing the growth of an application 2. At least 2 years of experience in product management 3. Entrepreneurship experience would be a plus
