Hands on expertise on key technologies:
- Java/J2EE stack
- open source development tools (PHP, mysql, linux, apache)

- database technologies (DB2, mysql, oracle)
Job Description :
1. Support ICE champion (scrum master) in development, testing and delivery of innovation products and tools for “world class” customer experience
2. Research & understand global trends and develop internal benchmarks for innovation verticals
3. Program manage linkages with internal and external stakeholders
Deliverables (Maximum 5-6 key responsibilities)
1. Support ICE champion in development, execution and delivery of “world class” customer experience through hands on usage of innovative products
- Support ICE champion and technology teams to develop a “world class” user experience for new products
- Provide precise feedback to the technology teams from the touch / feel perspective and overall customer experience
- Assist scrum master in maintaining relevant metrics that help the team track the progress against delivery schedules
- Liaise between the developers and testers to foster between communication between various teams
- Share expert domain knowledge with business and technology teams in 1-2 key areas of innovation. Stay at the cutting edge of their fields
2. Understand global trends and develop internal benchmarks for innovation verticals
- Continuously strive to collect precise data points and document benchmarks on emerging industry trends in customer experience
- Perform market research, web research and analysts reports on emerging trends
- Research and share results with key stakeholders on industry benchmarks, emerging trends, leading practices and long term industry shifts in the key areas of innovation
3. Program manage linkages with internal and external stakeholders
- PMO for 1-2 key innovation areas
- Follow-ups with the internal and external stakeholders to drive innovation process as a “start up” company
- Document KPIs and measurement metrics for innovation areas
- Define and document milestones and track their achievement to bring in rigor in the overall innovation
