Product Engineering Head - Insurance

Urgently looking for Product Delivery Head : Insurance

This person should have worked extensively in BFSI segment preferably in implementing Insurance solutions / applications. Should have managed a team size of 50+ resources.Should be strong in Java and Oracle technologies.Must have managed large implementation projects for MNC / PSU banks.

Qualification : Computer Science Graduate, BE, B-Tech (Engineer). Preferably with MBA in Finance.Should have PMP or any equivalent certification in project management. Any certification in Banking / Insurance domain will be an added advantage

Responsibility : The Delivery Head is a senior leadership position reporting into the Business Head (Platform Head). This person is responsible for multiple product implementation. This role provides leadership and direction to various implementation & customization teams including developing product road maps. He/she is responsible for Planning as well Execution within the allotted schedule and cost. This person will have to work very closely with the Product Management Group, Product Engineering Group and Product Support Groups. This will require travelling and would be a customer facing role
