Product Director - IT

Hiring for Product Director for Hyderabad Location

- The Product Director is responsible for building, developing and managing the product function to the highest quality standards.

- The Director will have both B2B and B2C development experience

- Experience in lean start-up approaches to product development, including Design Thinking, Agile Development, Lean UX, and use this knowledge to lead product development efforts.

- Significant product leadership experience (full product life cycle) within a digitally focused eCommerce business - preferably marketplaces and subscription-based models

- Experienced operating in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment to shape and build highly successful B2C and B2B platforms

- Excellent understanding of service design and user research approaches and how these can be used to sharpen and improve products in an iterative way.

- Experience with product definition and product design tools such Wireframing & Prototyping tools, Research and data analytics tools, CAD software, Project management and Product roadmap management tools.

- Experience with key technologies such ML/NLP, Java, Python, Cloud Computing, to understand the technology aspect of the product

- Deep understanding of Integrative solutions including 3rd party services research, evaluation and integration methodologies.

- The Director will assemble, lead and support Product and Application Development teams, working closely with BA And UX leaders and with the wider R&D team.

- The Director is responsible for leading cross-functional teams (developers, UX and product managers) to develop and innovate the platform, working closely across all business functions and in response to changing user and market demand.

- The Director will instill and model the shared company values to ensure staff and clients.

- Develop and maintain a business continuity plan, product security plan and other related processes as it evolves and scales.

- Be willing to travel to UK for strategic meetings.
