Lead the strategy and execution for product line & manage high complexity product line. You will be responsible for setting the vision for our product line, leading a team of product managers, and working closely with other departments to ensure our products not only fulfill customer needs but also drive our business growth.
Responsibilities will include:
Functional Expertise:
1. Define vision, strategy and roadmap of success for Company's big step into the Investments space
2. Execute the roadmap with internal stakeholders (management, engineering, business team etc.) and external stakeholders (NBFC or other partners)
3. Finds the opportunity space in the Investments industry and build products to meet customer and business needs
4. Helps in scaling up of Investments business through product initiatives and supporting in business initiatives
5. As product head, manage company's portfolio of existing investment products, viz. 12% Club and Investment Account
6. Identifies and solves problems at the Org level while influencing product beyond own area of control
7. Drives process improvements at product level, suggests improvements at team/Org level
8. Define, drive, and implement product strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives
9. Oversee the development and execution of go-to-market strategies
Problem Solving:
1. Customer centric mindset, able to synthesize wide range of customer inputs (research, data etc) to identify underlying customer problems
2. Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to inform product development and strategic positioning
3. Utilize data-driven decision-making to assess product performance and drive improvements based on key metrics.
4. Manage and prioritize product roadmaps, balancing the introduction of new features with the optimization of existing ones
Interaction:
1. Manage focused occasionally complex stakeholder relationships with support from manager; represent activities to senior management with support
2. Awareness and detailed understanding of overall business and industry context
3. Recognized as a mentor for others; may manage team of Product Managers
4. Confirmed ability to work cross functionally to drive the implementation of new features; experience mentoring junior team members
