- Plan and execute plan for digital Management of customer lifecycle
- Improving retention/repeat/ frequency via discounting and non discounting models
- Define loyalty,reward and wallet strategies for long term benefits
- Revenue deliverables via customer cohorts and digital channels
- Define journey and communication for the various customer cohorts to ensure impact on repeat, retention and frequency
- Balance initiatives to deliver long term and short term outcomes
