What you will do:

1) Product Development, Launch, and Lifecycle Management:

a) Drive repeat engagement and new business. Create product plans to achieve this goal.

b) Serve as product owner and lead a scrum team of data scientists, engineers, business analysts, and designers. Ensure continued impact and tracking progress of metrics post-launch.

c) Design, build, launch and assess MVPs. Analyze MVP and experiment data and synthesize into findings and actionable insights

d) Develop digital business models and go-to-market strategies for new monetization models/products

e) Measure and improve product planning and development processes.

2) Product Strategy:

a) Own the strategy development, business case, for new digital and data products

b) Develop a roadmap, in conjunction with customers, executives, services, sales, and engineering

c) Lead brainstorming and collaborative problem-solving sessions with stakeholders across the organisation to define and implement product concepts, features, and functionality

d) Provide insightful analytics necessary to manage and run the businesses

e) Exemplify and drive innovation that provides new value through addictive digital products

3) People and Portfolio Management

a) Manage a portfolio of initiatives and product teams; allocate resources and time investment as needed to ensure success

b) Manage operations and growth for the India Products & Innovation team

4) What you will need:

a) 10+ years of combined experience in management consulting and/or product development, operations, and management roles

b) 5+ years of experience managing teams

c) 2+ years of experience working at a digital company or SaaS software environment

d) Experience or strong understanding of data science, statistics, and engineering fundamentals
