TYRE MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY IS URGENTLY LOOKING FOR MANAGER/ SR. MANAGER- PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT, BARODA

Position: Manager / Sr. Manager – Product Development

Location: Halol, Baroda

Salary: Best in the Industry

Department: R&D

Roles & Responsibilities:

NEW PRODUCT DEVELOMENT:

- Drive new product development initiatives by developing prototypes for range of products based on company's technology

- Incorporate inputs from market visits, competitor activities analysis and customer sales feedback in developing more application based products within set timelines.

PRODUCT PERFORMANCE & EVALUATION:

- Gauge product performance and handle customer complaints such as claims and defect issues

- Evaluate products on the field through ‘Product evaluation centers’ and collect feedback

TECHNICAL ECONOMY:

- To ensure effective cost optimization

- To provide technical support to Manufacturing Technology and product industrialization and product improvement.

STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS:

- Internal testing of tyres for product conformance to design and improvement

- Perform Audit/ re-inspection of failed tyres

PRODUCT CERTIFICATIONS: Ensure product adherence to export/domestic specifications and required certifications for the range of products from certifying agencies domestic/international.

- Improve product performance as measured against benchmark.

- Develop application strategy & implement for best customer satisfaction.

Age: around 30 - 35 years

Experience: 7-8 year in shift and in continuous Process Industry (Tyre Industry).
