Educational Qualification : BE/B. Tech

- Professional Qualification if any

Skills ( Must Have):

- Extensive Product development experience.

- Extensive exposure to java engineering development.

- Ability to understand global product viewpoint as well as micro technology viewpoints.

- Ability to handle core technology teams.

- Ability to liaise with other technology/architecture teams.

- Must have hands-on technology development capabilities.

Skills( Good to have):

- Extensive multi-platform technology exposure.

- Exposure to various open source technologies/platforms.

Experience ( Minimum) : 8 years

Experience( Maximum) : 12 years

Job Description:

- Will manage a core product development team and liaise with architects and communicate and translate their vision down to the developer level.

- Will also be responsible for ensuring that artifacts developed match up to the architecture and design.

- Will be responsible for helping developers/tech leads out in situations when they face technology roadblocks.

- Will be responsible for the architecture and design of individual components or add-on systems that are to be developed
