Product Development Head

A fast growing document management / workflow company in Chennai is looking for a product development head to manage the following responsibilities

- Oversees all technical aspects of the company

- Establish technical strategy and lead all aspects of technology development

- Define, architect, and execute the next generation of products and solutions

- Evolve and manage the development process and release schedule

- Establish technical standards and ensure adherence to the standards.

- Work with the management team to lead strategic planning

- Work with the development team to set aggressive goals; then deliver

Desired candidature:

- 5+ years of IT leadership experience in product development space

- Solid hands-on experience with .Net, JavaScript frameworks, SQL Server Database, Web Technologies

- Passion for doing some of the actual coding yourself

- Ability to lead a team consisting of programmers, R&D and testing professionals

- Detail oriented mindset with understanding of use of metadata in designing flexible and configurable systems.
