Product Designer (UI/UX) - Global MNC

We have an urgent role with a Leading Global MNC at Gurgaon.

Role : Product Designer

- Product designer A high-level performer that can build and maintain strong relationships cross functionally and with stakeholders.

- They have the ability to lead and take ownership of large projects, with experience of launching multiple products.

- They assume responsibility for design quality for their product team, and collaborate with their team to define roadmaps and goals.

- How you will contribute Design end-to-end user experiences; from discovery and user flows through to testing and implementation, working closely with Product Managers & Engineers.

- Be the expert on our users and how we generate user insights; using this insight to improve our product experiences and shape our product innovation.

- Bring ideas to life iteratively through user flows, sketching, prototyping or coding, involving the user throughout.

- Manage the feasibility of design with Engineers, working with them to ship experiences that are both user-centered and pragmatic.

- Collaborate closely with product managers in realising the product vision & planning the development roadmap.

- Continually identify ways to improve our design processes, design thinking and agile working; inspiring, mentoring and raising the standard for the Product

- Design team Experience, skills and professional attributes

- The ideal skills for this role Product Designer experience Experience delivering design projects through their entire life-cycle; from discovery research to wireframes and user flows, to visual design, collaboration with engineers and product managers and user testing.

- A portfolio of user-centered design, especially across the users end-to-end journey, that demonstrates clear thinking and simple solutions, and delivers value to both the user and the business.

- Experience working in an agile environment with Product Managers & Engineers; creating rapid prototypes, testing and building iteratively.

- The ability to create simple UX solutions for complex content and user journeys.

- A deep understanding of user research; defining methodology, conducting and interpreting user research and translating this into design solutions. Experience or an interest in designing information services or working with complex data sets & data visualisation in a B2B environment.

- To succeed in this role it would be an advantage if you Are naturally curious about the user, continually looking for ways to both improve existing features and create new interactions.

- Think about users end-to-end journeys, rather than just features. Have strong visual design skills balanced with a pragmatic approach to product design.

- Have a mix of creative, analytical and strategic thinking. Are a great communicator and team player; can speak the language of users, engineers and stakeholders and get them collaborating with you.

- Are comfortable taking the lead, constructively challenging people's thinking, getting them on board and being challenged in return.

- Ability to prioritise, balancing user needs with commercial priorities

- Desired Skills and Experience prototyping , user research , ux , designing , visual design , wireframes.
