Your Responsibilities : - Responsible to understand the product capabilities and constraints and configure the product to execute projects - Figure out innovative solutions in scenarios when a product doesn't support the project requirements and write scripts to fulfil those requirements - Evolve the designs systems and processes we use - Design and ship products in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity - Design flows and experiences that are incredibly simple and elegant - Partner with PMs, Engineers, Project Managers to oversee the user experience of a product from conception until launch - Ship, measure and improve designs based on quantitative and qualitative feedback Apply If : - You are a graduate from a premium design school - You 1+ years of experience in working as a product designer or similar roles preferably in a startup - You have shipped products in the past - You are familiar with Sketch, Illustrator, Framer, Principle, Adobe XD, Figma, etc. - You possess core Design skills-sets: graphic design, prototyping skills, user research, interface design
