With the current expansion in their global operations, they are looking for a seasoned finance professional for their Product Control Team in Delhi NCR.

Job Description - Reporting to the AVP - Product Control, you will be responsible for:

- Process migration & transition Leading and working with a team to examine and solve business problems

- Demonstrating excellent domain knowledge of Products and applications and providing support to your customers

- Capturing trades from the trading desk, identified the cause of breaking trades feeding from the system to trade capturing systems due to incorrect mapping in account and as per the securities

- Creating templates and macros with the help of IT Liaising with the treasury team and trading department

- Managing onshore stakeholders, business re-engineering/change management and IT development team to develop and improve systems

The Successful Candidate - You are a CA / MBA with 6+ years of relevant experience within Financial Services. Excellent knowledge of Derivatives, IFRS and compliance controls is a must. You will have prior managerial experience with strong organizational and communication skills along with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines. Flexibility to travel internationally is essential.
