Job Summary :

- Create, manage and enhance products using innovation, market awareness, and advance analytics ; to improve customer retention, and drive revenues for the client.

- Product management will include pricing, structure design and defining target population, along with capability to manage organizational change required for rolling out the product.

- Deliver significant value while optimizing products and delivery mechanisms, and drive significant value creation for clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Job responsibility may include the following :

- Create, manage and enhance products using innovation, market awareness, and advance analytics.

- Perform concise market analysis to understand the competitive position of existing products, define the to-be positioning with the client, and design roadmap to cover the identified gaps.

- Perform segmentation of customer base for better definition of target population.

- Suggest improvements in existing product portfolio aimed at enhanced retention rates and growth rates.

- Develop and deliver business cases that lead to improved profitability and increased up-take of existing products using strong business judgment and value realization skills

- Design churn management frameworks for retention products, and analyze prediction models developed by the analytical team.

- Design well-targeted retention oriented products, along with innovative delivery mechanisms / processes, to drive significant cost saving for the clients. You should own the end to end for this design and delivery, and have the ability to justify the business case for delivery of these critical products.

- Drive value-led transformation for clients

- Participate in diagnosing the problem and planning and leading the change enablement for organization level product roll-out.

- Identify, document and drive business process performance improvement

- Discuss critical OVR outcomes with C-level clients in an issue-led discussion e.g., profit and cash optimization, operational excellence, customer experience, etc.

- Create deliverables that are value-added, sustainable and repeatable solutions

- Combine structural and execution skills that enable our clients to achieve immediate business value; if necessary, execute these operational values propositions as a service either over the long term or to hand back to the client

Job specification :

Eligibility criteria :

Bachelor's degree and MBA from Tier 1 institutes.

The ideal candidate will possess :

- Strong knowledge of Campaign Management Systems (UNICA, etc.)

- Strong advance level Microsoft excel and Knowledge of at least one Analytical tools SAS, SPSS, R

- Experience in creating segmentation model / churn prediction models

- Strong analytical experience in creating self-driven analysis using SQL / Excel

- Knowledge of product lifecycle

- Knowledge of product fulfilment processes in telecom /banking / insurance industry

- Good experience in creating power point

- Creation of business case including ROI generation and project management of solution deployment

- Strong communication skills with demonstrated experience of managing client expectations

- Ability to do financial analysis, analyze operational KPIs and creating customer segmentation

- Knowledge of some CRM solution like SFDC/Siebel is good to have.

Mandatory Experience :

- 4 - 7 years of prior experience in Product design, Campaign Management, Offer Design in Telecom Environment

- Entails High Global Travel
