Product Coach & Consultant

We are Looking for product coach competency with a combination of Product Coach/Back log/Road mapping/Product Management/Vision of products

Roles & Responsibilities:

The owners will involve Product owner /project manager/ scrum master and BA - This covers all the functionality

- Resource needs to come up with product strategy / product road map - This is not a Scrum master or Agile coach role but more of preparing road map for product owners and training them

- Measure the outcome when product goes to market

- Pref use Design Thinking tool that are required at different level and IT Exp with diff tools and exp

- Agile coach exp and product vision / product strategy / product box related templates

- Customize these tools to context

- Product tool certification is add on

- Product maturity assessment and milestone and how are they doing in product launch

- Resource need to run product manager guild

Role:

- To be a part of 'product functional excellence team'/practice or call it a 'product universe team'

- Will be attached to a program. Embed product mindset within the program team and within the organization at large

- Defining tools, templates, practices relating to product management (like product vision) and even preparing JDs for roles (like PO, SM, Developers etc.) on an ongoing basis

- Provide consultation to team on using these templates, practices as well

- Run a community of Product managers, guilds within the organization

Skills required

- Good at training content development for bootcamps. Not necessarily from scratch rather put together from what's available and even LinkedIn learning quickly

- Deliver these trainings/bootcamps for multiple roles (PO, BA, Developers, SM etc.)

- Experience of Agile, design thinking

- Good training experience

- Hands on product management experience

- Good to have certifications - SAFE program consultant certification/ICP-ACC certification/Product school trainings or else relevant knowledge and experience

- NOT looking for a PO/Scrum master rather a good product management coach/consultant
