Job Description:

Business Plan Target Achievement, Profitability :

- Achieving defined Annual Operating Plan

- Drive Market Share segment wise region wise for achievement of growth targets as per business plan

Sales Forecasting, Achievement & Projections :

- Review monthly/annual sales targets & driving sales initiatives to achieve business goals.

- Quarterly sales forecasting, profit & scheme projections

- Identify & bridge gaps b/w Planned vs Actual sales & initiate action plan

Production Sales Inventory [PSI] Accuracy :

- Ensuring availability of right model mix across branches to cater market requirement

- Design action plan to ensure adequate and accurate forecast to drive production of models play Key Role in Product Planning & Production

Pricing & Scheme :

- Devising pricing strategy through ASP forecasting & propose Scheme budgets for respective segments through brand wise price positioning strategy.

- Product profitability tracking through ASP, MOP & schemes & provide strategic inputs to Sales Admin

New Product Introduction :

- Work towards defined guideline of new product introduction & successful execution as per plan - coordinate with factory (inhouse/ OEM) towards timely launch of portfolio

- End to end control of the Brand Release Process -

- Drive Techno Commercial Release of the product with R&D + Service team

- Study global trends, product innovations & be update on technology roadmap

Performance Tracking, MIS, Competition Benchmarking & API :

- Segment wise performance analysis covering MPV towns, billing points, partners etc & provide insight to sales team

- Monthly competition benchmarking & comparison against key competitors across segments across regions

- Market share analysis by keeping a close track on brand-wise segment-wise movement. Recommend alternatives & solutions towards strengthening of brand

- Identify opportunity loss areas & provide timely action plan to close it - weak market development strategy

- Control the Average Price Index across branches & drive team to achieve the targeted API

Marketing & Sales Activation Programs :

- Design solutions on Secondary sales activation programs, consumer offers, in shop promotions for channel partners & consumers

- Provide product brief to marketing team & agency to develop ATL/ BTL communication

- Identify key markets & work towards attaining in-store excellence with close coordination of Marketing Team
