Job Title : Product Category Manager

Function : Product Management

Role Contour:

- Own the product suite to understand customer needs & gaps. Harness data intelligence to develop, test and launch product solutions.

- A keen sense of customer insights, an ability to sense customer journey which is essentially an eye for details.

- Have experience in designing & launching new products (NPL, NPI), variants and an ability to over unforeseen obstacles with a positive attitude

- Managing stakeholders both internal and external to achieve buy-in and reach business milestones

- Any experience in an early stage firm or entrepreneurship is welcome. Else an ability to work with multiple moving parts. This product is already growing at a stage of over 50% annually

- Own P&L responsibility in terms of pricing decisions, margins, costs and revenue. Any prior experience in this is very handy.

- Develop partnerships on digital and non digital platforms to increase business velocity.

- Ability to lead and work in a team of high performance and business growth.
