Product Category Manager - Automotive/Industrial Paints Industry (2-5 yrs)
Product Category Manager -
The Category Manager is expected to :
- Define the product strategy and roadmap
- Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification
- Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and opportunities
- Run pilot programs with early-stage products and samples
- Be an expert with respect to the competition / emerging markets / customer preference / pricing / market share & services
- Act as a leader within the company .
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years experience as a Category Manager
- Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
- 3+ years of experience in a product management job role
- Bachelor's degree (MBA Full Time ).
