Product/Brand Manager - FMCG

Hiring for one of the leading FMCG-MNC for the position of Product/Brand Manager profile

JOB TITLE : Product Manager

LOCATION : Gurgaon

QUALIFICATIONS : MBA in Marketing

EXPERIENCE : 4 years+ of experience with sales experience(2yrs)

Note :

- Sales and product management experience in FMCG/ Consumer Products/Telecom/ Beverages and other relevant industries

- Exposure to personal care category preferred.

- Females Preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy Development & Execution

- Established assigned brands as the most preferred consumer choice in applicable segments

- Develop and execute Annual marketing calendar

- Conceptualize communication plans to create brand recall and consumer engagement. Execute brand communication objectives through a prudent mix of ATL and BTL activities.

- Understand customer needs and market dynamics to develop brand interventions.

- Work closely with local managers and the sales team to ensure alignment and execution of marketing programs

- Develop relevant promotional strategies for consumers

- Design and execute attractive promotional schemes for channel partners

- Understand market and consumer feedback by leveraging internal and external data sources and present insights for future brand/product development.

Consumer Connect :

- Plan and execute on-going programs for better consumer connect especially focusing on the Millennials segment

- Effective execution of market development activities for creating better brand awareness

Creativity & Innovation :

- Partner with creative agencies to develop effective modes of communication across media platforms

- Partner with digital agency to create and manage social media presence and engagement.

- Partner with merchandising agencies to develop impactful in-store collaterals.

- Keep abreast with latest industry trends and research

- Understand company's competency framework and Values and demonstrate in day to day operations

- Take ownership of personal development and maximize career opportunities
