Position Overview:

We are seeking a Product Associate with expertise in consulting case-solving skills or a solid foundation in CFA Level 1. This role is pivotal in driving enhancements for our AI product tailored for case interview practitioners and students. The ideal candidate bridges the gap between financial acumen, and case-solving expertise, with customer insights to enrich our AI tool's feedback mechanism.

Key Responsibilities:

- Case Review & Analysis: Scrutinize and dissect management consulting cases, drawing out essential insights and patterns that can be utilized by our AI tool.

- Feedback Mechanism Development: Collaborate with tech teams to integrate case insights into a robust, user-centric feedback mechanism within the product.

- Product Enhancement Suggestions: Collaborate with product and tech teams to incorporate case insights and recommendations into the product's strategy and design.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Interact with Customers (case interview practitioners), sourcing and integrating their feedback to continually refine the product.

- Market & Financial Analysis: Use CFA Level 1 knowledge (if applicable) to integrate financial understanding into product strategy, ensuring market relevancy.

- Feedback Integration: Channelize user feedback to develop and refine product features in line with user expectations.

- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on AI advancements, Edutech trends, and the ever-evolving landscape of management consulting case preparation.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Finance, or a related field.

- CFA Level 1 qualification (or) Proven track record of case-solving and reviewing expertise.

- Familiarity with or interest in the Edutech sector and AI applications.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Proficiency with Excel and other statistical tools for data analysis.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Key Competencies:

- Proficiency in reviewing and solving management consulting cases.

- Financial acumen (preferably from CFA learning or equivalent experience).

- Adept at translating feedback and insights into actionable product recommendations.

- Collaborative mindset complemented by practical communication skills.

- Understanding or willingness to learn about AI-driven product nuances.
