Position objective but not limited to The job profile involves the following: - Understand the product vision and business needs, and Design Product Platform keeping in mind the current and future technology trends - Define Design principles to ensure product is compliant to non-functional qualities like Performance, Scalability, Availability and Security - Translating product functional requirements to high level and low level system design - Work closely with product manager to plan and execute product features and release cycle - Be the owner of the Product P&amp;L Role in discussion :&nbsp; - Responsible for end to end product architecture - Adoption of Agile product development life cycle - Lead teams of engineers with varying technology skills, to achieve product goal - Understanding functional requirements &amp; has the responsibility to design a comprehensive strategy for achieving successful outcome - Understand the requirement and translate it into new feature - Plan the development according to the requirement gathered and frozen with stakeholders - Troubleshoot and debugging - Authoring and maintaining clear, concise project documentation - Quality assurance and performance monitoring - Conduct regular reviews for the code quality - Should have the ability to solve complex problems which arise in the project and responsible for the outcome and finish the project with great quality and on time - Provide estimates for feature development and assist in planning product release - Predict risk factors and eliminate it for the successful completion of the project - Evaluate and recommend changes to current and future system requirements to meet organizational needs Tech skills : - Good end to end understanding of product technologies and platforms for frontend, middleware, backend and cloud platforms - Development experience in rich UI applications involving like HTML/CSS, JavaScript, React JS, Angular JS, Google Web toolkit, Adobe Flash - Development experience in Java frameworks like Spring and Hibernate - Working knowledge of DevOps technologies - Ansible, Git, Jenkins - Ability to architect systems on Cloud Platform - AWS, Azure - Working knowledge of Open source Database technologies PostgreSQL, MySQL, NOSQL - MongoDB - Experience in B2B product development - Knowledge about Oil &amp; Gas Engineering or Chemical Engineering or Manufacturing and Construction Industry would be an added benefit. - Analytical Mind - Proactive in taking initiatives and taking them to a logical conclusion
