Position: Product Architect- K12

Experience: 8+ years

Location: Noida

Purpose of the Job:

-  Architect and manage the entire product lifecycle from requirements through delivery and continuous improvement.

- Leverage your strong insight and experience in edTech to build transformative digital and blended education products from requirements to implementation and spanning content, technology, training, support, and implementation.

- Innovate and continuously demonstrate your passion and ability to build rich, scalable and impactful digital solutions for education.

Job Roles & Responsibilities :

- Discover and understand what needs to be done - domain, inter-relationships, outputs, other requirements - across local, regional and global locations.

- Create Product Roadmaps, set product goals and metrics to measure goal achievement.

- Conduct market research, interact with potential customers through focus group discussions, surveys and other methods and tools.

- Evaluate alternative solutions and competitive offerings from technology, pedagogy and content perspectives.

- Establish business domain vocabulary, product design & architecture, feature design, User experience design, use cases and flows.

- Align with technology and content teams across locations.

- Integrate backward with business team and forwards with UI, development and QA teams; also integrate forwards with go-to-market teams for sales, implementation, training, and support.

- Gather, disseminate and leverage business, technology and market insights.

- Contribute to internal standards and templates, internal awareness of technology-enabled learning and teaching solutions.

- Evaluate and manage vendors and internal team.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

- Product Architecture: Strong edTech experience combining knowledge of internet-scale technology development with knowledge of content development and pedagogy.

- Rich experience in building K12 solutions - online/offline/blended, app design, wire-framing, prototyping, working with pilot customers and experimenting with new approaches.

- K12 Learning: Experience designing products for K12 learners with a focus on K8 and early learners including STEM and Integrated learning.

- Experienced in pedagogy, Integrated approaches, STEAM, MOOCs and social learning, Gamification, Serious Games and Simulations, IoT, Analytics, LMS, xAPI, Learning Record Store and allied standards.

- Business Analyst skills: Business analysis, Requirements definition & management, Consultancy, Business process improvement, Change implementation and planning, Enterprise and business architecture, Business modeling.

- Experience of Agile project delivery methodologies.

- Experience in a global organization and/or startups using in-sourced and outsourced services.

- Experience of projects in a complex geographical/functional matrix organization.
