Product Analyst - Startup - Bank

Job Purpose-

- Responsible for growth in startup segment business

- Create awareness of startup vertical in the Bank

- Creation of compelling product proposition for startup ecosystem

Book Growth

- Responsible for NAV and CIB book growth

- Circulate MIS for scoping data and identify the universe of startups across states

- Ensure MIS tracking on regular basis for book growth, as well as book growth

- Conduct competition analysis, and existing data analysis for continuous improvement in product and portfolio growth

- Regularly coordinate with evangelists and RBB for creating awareness and focus attention on the segment

- Help to release and highlight success stories

- One-point contact for various channel requirements

- Coordination with stake holders such as other product teams, RBB, solution sales & GIB channel teams for business development

- Coordination with RPMs/evangelists for engaging with RBB and ecosystem partners, and providing training

- Coordinate with other product team to provide a suite of specialized products as an offering, including cards, insurance, collection solutions, merchant banking services and a founders' program

- Spearhead the projects and impart / arrange the product trainings to the RBB/ startup team on new products / solutions

- Arrange for reporting for any regulatory requirements

Drives/Initiatives

- Create awareness to open accounts in startup product codes

- Engage with RPMs and branch teams to activate inactive accounts

- Responsible for tracking leads against startup universe and conversion of the same

- Track balance growth for partnerships

Portfolio Management

- Improving activation and cross sell in the existing book with the help of startup RPM and ground team

- Identify mechanism to track PSL lending and credit guarantee scheme

- Create compelling proposition for startup ecosystem including founders, accelerators, incubators, government bodies

- Maintain list of product notes and ensure regular updation

- Ensure maintenance of charges in Mi-Revenue system and updation in the system
