Product Analyst - Loan Management Systems

Key Responsibilities:

1. Evaluate or benchmark the products against industry standards.

2. Own, operate, and manage a loan management system which is core to any lending business.

3. Will to roll up the sleeves to fix a problem; and be responsible till the last penny is counted and accounted for.

4. Be proactive and design systems or processes that have high success rate.

5. Think out of the box and bring on innovation that helps an end user of the product.

6. Build user centric designs, flows, and get the product live in a cross-functional environment.

Must Have:

1. Bachelor`s or Master`s degree in engineering, business, economics, mathematics, or any related field.

2. Overall work experience of 3-5 years

3. Experience in financial industry or fin-tech will be a plus.

4. Exposure to Loan Management System or understanding of back-end operations of a NBFC/Bank is expected.

5. Functional knowledge of databases (like MySQL, PostgresSQL), analytics tools( like Mixpanel, Google Analytics ) will be an added advantage

6. Good Microsoft Excel skill is desired.

7. Good communication and analytical skills are important.
