Product Analyst - EdTech

Position : Product Analyst/Data Analyst

Experience : 8 to 15 Years (5+ years if from premier Tier 1 institute) in top B2C companies like Uber,Oyo,Ola,Grofers,Big Basket,Zomato,Swiggy

Location : Delhi Remote till pandemic

CTC : Upto 55 L.P.A

Responsibilities :

- Entrepreneurial mindset and should be able to identify projects and lead them from conceptualization to the solution.

- Process Lead for end-to-end data management and analytic execution.

- Well-versed in quantitative. analysis, research, data mining, trend analysis, customer profiling, clustering, segmentation and predictive modeling techniques.

- Deep understanding of analytical and statistical techniques, and must be well-versed in data exploration & visualization tools.

- Develop an In-depth understanding of user journeys on Bada Business Digital Platforms and generate data driven insights & recommendations to help product business in meticulous decision making.

- End-to-end ownership of key metrics, work with respective product owners to understand areas we need to measure and ensure the needle is moving in the right direction.

- Work cross-functionally to define problem statements, collect data, build analytical models and make recommendations.

- Identify and implement streamlined processes for data reporting, dash boarding and communication.

- Should have good experience in Data Mining, Data Analysis, and Predictive Modeling & Regression Modeling using Python.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with teams in a timeline driven high-pressure environment.

- Must have a passion for data, structured or unstructured.

- Building dashboards and processes for improving operational efficiency.

Desired Skill Set (Technical) :

- Advance excels knowledge.

- Data Analytics background.

- Strong analytical and programming skills (Python, SQL and Excel a must, VBA a plus) and good understanding of packages such as Pandas, Numpy, and Scikit learn.
