Head of Business will be responsible for the overall PnL of the company. As a part of the core leadership team, they would be responsible for client partnerships, managing central and regional PnL and teams, strategizing and executing to take Prodo from 1 to 100.
What You Will Do
- Experience in handling and generating multi-million business contracts.
- Experience in delivering on large ticket, B2B targets.
- Ability to inspire and manage large teams spread across geographies.
- Building new revenue streams.
- Generate new business opportunities and take complete ownership of large ticket B2B Sales. Acquiring new and partnership business opportunities.
- Negotiating the terms of agreement and close sales.
- Responsible for overall operational PnL.
- Representing Prodo at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
- During the sales process, if appropriate, managing the proof of concept with support from a product engineer.
- Helping continue to build a strong team environment and set structure for future business development team members.
- Identifying and unlocking new revenue opportunities
- Building new geographies
What You Need To Have
- 12-15 years of exp in sales, partnership, marketing roles
- Tier-1 graduate degree/ MBA/Mtech/Btech/Masters
- Experience of working in B2B
- Exp of working at top-tier, fast growing companies
