PRODIGI - Associate Project Manager

Deliverables: This role has sole responsibility for the effective delivery of multiple simultaneously running projects/engagements to clients. This encompasses:

Definition of the project scope, requirements, estimates and documentation (such as SOW, concepts, wireframes, screens etc.)

Create thought leadership in context of architecting solutions for clients. Creation of project plans in collaboration with the engineering leadership. Ensuring smooth delivery of the work product to clients

Experiences: This role would have the following experiences -

B.Tech & MS/MBA or equivalent preferred PMP/PMO Certified Professional

4+ years of total experience

Significant exposure to project management, requirements analysis and engineering especially in web based applications

Exposure working on various technologies/domains preferably Open Source Demonstrated ability to run all aspects of complex projects i.e. risk assessment and mitigation, resource management, budget management, communication, operations etc.

Experience in Agile preferably in a Product Owner's role Significant experience and understanding of UX Understanding of big data and/or analytics will be a big plus

Excellent working knowledge of tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Basecamp, Version One, Invision

Clear, effective and frequent (daily) communication to all stakeholders Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent analytical and quantitative skills

Strong negotiation, mediation and facilitation skills Ability to mentor project team members

Run project lifecycle processes

Salary offered: 8 - 10 LPA
